Admissions Process

Choosing a school is one of the biggest decisions a family makes. We have made the path simple: three steps, one welcoming office, and a real person guiding you the whole way.

Step 1: Inquire & Visit

Get to know us. Start by telling us a little about your family and your child. From there, we will invite you to experience Bishop Noland in person — because no website can show you what it feels like when every adult in the building knows your child's name.

  1. Submit an inquiry form. 
  2. Schedule a personal tour. Walk the campus and learn about academics, faith life, arts, athletics, and everything in between.

step 2: apply, Assess, & interview

Tell us about your child. Our application helps us understand who your child is...how they learn, what lights them up, and how we can help them thrive.

  1. Complete the online application form.
  2. Pay the $120.00 application fee; upon enrollment, $100.00 of the fee is applied to the registration fee. 
  3. Submit records: previous school records/transcripts, teacher recommendation, birth certificate, and/or immunization records. 
  4. Family interview & student visit. Each applicant must visit a class with the appropriate grade-level teacher; The visit includes an assessment to determine the student's probability of success in the prospective grade-level. Assessments and visits may be one or two days depending on division level. 
  5. Admissions decisions are communicated within two days of the visit. We review applications for all grades, PreK3 through 12th. A follow up meeting to discuss the results of the visit and assessment is conducted. Please note that we currently have waiting lists for some of our grade levels. 

step 3: enroll & belong

Welcome to the family. Once your child is accepted, enrollment takes just a few steps and belonging starts immediately.

  1. Complete the Registration link sent to you. 
  2. Pay the registration fee through FACTS and set up your schedule for tuition, preferences, and get excited!

Enroll once. Belong always.
